About Me:

I am me... and it is really late at this moment so I'm not writing a whole lot heh... sorry

I value my faith, church, family, and friends.

For any curious: No, I do not have Myspace or Facebook... just never got into that...

It's not late, but I still don't want to write a lot here lol

However, I will add a list of my siblings!

I am oldest then my brother Stephen.
Then our four sisters: Melissa, Rachel, Laura, and Stephanie.

All from the same parents, and we are a close bunch hehe

Favorite Books:

The 66 books of the Bible and "The Trail of Blood"

Favorite Music:

Lots... some in much smaller portions though... such as country, metal, and rap.... very small portions heh

Lots of Jazz, electronic, ambient, Celtic, some new age, some old soft rock, various mixtures of the afore mentioned, etc...

In terms of Christian music, some contemporary Christian is alright as long as it is scriptural and doesn't go overboard on the loud factor and as long as people don't start acting like they are at a rock concert when they hear/sing it... Otherwise, hymns are great :)

Homeschool your children?:  Yes, I plan to homeschool.

Friends Notes:

Several of my friends on Facebook agree with you on the meaning of "be still!" I'm having a hard time seeing that meaning in the whole context of the scripture, but it is a good thought! And something I plan on researching more in depth.
I agree that waiting is an action. Sometimes waiting is the greatest testament of one's faith. But I'm not talking about waiting as "doing nothing." Hopefully, as one is waiting, they are also praying, listening, and doing what they can to live a life that pleases Him.
On side note to your side note: It's interesting that Abraham is an example of having trust and faith in God when it came to sacrificing Isaac, but had previously shown a lack of faith, and tried to take matters in his own hands. I wonder if some of his faith came from the hard lesson him and Sarah learned with Hagar? I never really thought about that until now.

Nope. You're sick now. You have to infect two people that have not yet been infected before you are better. Smile

Thank you for telling me that you commented! I most assuredly would not have noticed for a couple months. Razz
I will reply as soon as I can in more detail, but, quickly, I will say this: Your first two point I and my church totally agree with, we probably didn't state it clearly or correctly. Your third point I have to read more slowly and read the references, but with just a skim-through, I can say that I agree with most of it.
Allow me a couple hours till lunch time, then I will be able to address it more thoroughly.
Thank you very much for bringing forward a couple things we had not made clear. I will bring it to their attention, come our next meeting. Smile
