Friends Notes:

I especially agree with your second statement. I thin that the odds of them actually following through on what they say are extremely low. Faced with the option of letting someone die, or lying to save their life, I think they would lie through their teeth. Which is a comforting thought.

Well...the lie thread is just one example of the things I've been seeing and going through recently. And it's making me very disillusioned with mankind.

I live in a world where people would rather follow the letter of the law than save a life. Why wouldn't I be bitter and jaded?

Thank ye! I should have a party and not post in RT for a while.

Nah, you probably still qualify. I've not typically noticed errors of the ignorant sort in your posts (typos don't count against anyone, even me). Razz

I managed 10 pullups the other evening. Right now, I have more faith that I can get to 15 or 20 on that, than 50 pushups. Maybe my muscle make-up/balance is a litte different than the average guy, namely less in the shoulders/back, which is key for pushups. I'm gonna keep pushin, though. Even 40 would make me proud.

LOL You cut to the chase. My brother is really deep into graphic design and he swears by Gimp. LOL But I have seen him do some incredible things with the program such as the Mother's Day card he designed. Pretty sweet for someone who never took a graphics design class in his life. LOL Your computer sounds most impressive. Have you considered duel boot?

"I did *here* the plot was annoyingly unbelievable. My co-worker said that it was more *enjoying* the second time around because he knew he'd have to suspend reality."
I decided not to razz you in public. Razz

Ah! Your wife's computer is designed for graphic design? Is she sporting those expensive Adobe applications?

Sweet. My dad liked Red Hat. I am using Fedora, so, while what apps you may get for Linnux may be on the bleeding edge (Ubunto and Kubunto at least have testers) my apps are at the very tip of that edge and, as a user, I must be a tester myself. LOL You know what, I think I said that in one sentence. LOL Did you say you are now using Windows?

Sweet! What distro were you using? I too run Linux and I am sporting Fedora 10 (soon to be replaced by Fedora 11). The only disadvantage is that I cannot use my graphics card to peek performance (meaning I can do everything except graphically intense video games). LOL
