Lol yeah, I do sometimes. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful, but after you've don everything there is to do, it gets kind of boring! Yup, I am in both counties all the time... I'm not as far east as the Hamptons though lol!  Fire Island actually stretches from Babylon to Shirley... I'm closer to Babylon (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Bay+Shore,+NY&hl=en&ll=40.724364,-73.244476&spn=0.70147,1.674042&sll=40.745129,-73.228142&sspn=0.010957,0.026157&vpsrc=6&t=h&z=10)... not rich hahah! Ahhh, ok... so Brooklyn and Queens... that's not too far, like a 45 minute drive maybe, no traffic of course lol My parents actually lived in Park Slope, Brooklyn for a while, way before I was born, and my dad grew up in Little Neck, Queens. Your dad is a pastor? Which church? I'd take a ride out there one Sunday morning!  Sounds like your island is pretty awesome lol! How'd you hold up during the storm last weekend?

Ahhahaha, really? Where on Long Island? I'm kind of in the middle... Suffolk County... Bay Shore (Fire Island ferries go out from there lol), and I go to a church in Nassau County (Farmingdale). I gotta say though, as much as I hate Long Island, I love it. How's life on Staten Island?

Hey Josiah I hope the hurricane doesn’t end up being is to bad in your area!
I live in hurricane country and it is true that you can’t do to much to prepare for a hurricane.
