I'm a twin, the son of homeschool pioneer Gregg Harris and the younger brother of Joshua Harris, pastor and author of I Kissed Dating Goodbye. I am also a NCFCA alum.
My twin brother and I co-founded the website TheRebelution.com, are the main speakers for the Rebelution Tour, and the authors of the book Do Hard Things, coming out on April 15, 2008.
The Rebelution is defined as "a teenage rebellion against the low expectations."

Hey Alex! I've read your book and your older brother's books too. Very inspirational! God bless you for the work you are doing in so many young people's lives.

I saw you and your brothers' facebooks on my "suggested friends" list! Jeffrey Hunt is a mutual friend. Haha. I think I clicked on Brett's facebook a long time ago and read about the book you both wrote. It's really weird I came across your HSA. Not to mention I didn't know your brother was JOSHUA Harris. Dude, that book has helped me so much, I can't even tell you. I really want to check out Do Hard Things, too. God's really blessed your family with boatloads of His awesome wisdom. I was going to add you guys as friends but I didn't want to be a creeper. P:

Hi Alex! Neat to see you here! I wanted to offer my condolences for the loss of your mother; her example in the story of how your parents met has stuck with me for many years. What a remarkable woman!
I also thought I'd offer you my 2 cents of encouragement for the work you and your brother are doing: last year, in my fifth grade classroom, some of the boys discovered Do Hard Things and were reading it during slow time in class. 5th graders! I thought that was pretty cool.
Blessings!
