FAQ: How can I cancel my account?

If you have questions, comments, or suggestions, that have not been answered by this FAQ please feel free to contact the Administrator.

To cancel your account please send a message to the Administrator with the subject "Please cancel my account."

Alternatively, you may email your request to Email requests must be sent from the email address used to set up your account and must have the subject "Please cancel my account."

Cancellation request are usually processed every couple of weeks and requests for cancellation on a specific date are usually not able to be accommodated.

Profiles containing content such as "delete me" or "goodbye HSA", or which otherwise similarly indicate an abandoned account, are periodically deactivated in our system.
